How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

AI Job Application Copilot 🧑💼📄
"Apply to 100 jobs in the time it normally takes to do 3."
Why This Matters
Job hunting sucks. Every role gets flooded with applicants, and candidates burn hours rewriting resumes, filling out clunky forms, and writing cover letters that disappear into the void. There’s real demand for a faster, smarter way to apply without looking like a spam bot.
he Demand:
Millions of people are laid off or switching careers.
Every job post gets 100s–1000s of applicants.
Applicants are burned out from writing resumes, cover letters, and filling forms.
There’s huge demand for help applying faster and better.
What It Does:
User uploads their resume once.
AI:
Tailors resume + cover letter to each job description.
Auto-fills repetitive forms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company ATS portals).
Suggests interview prep Q&A once you land interviews.
Premium feature → “Apply to X jobs per day automatically with one click.”
Real Use Case:
Laid-off marketing manager wants a new job.
Instead of spending 2 hours applying to 1 posting…
She hits “Apply to 50 jobs today” → AI sends personalized apps, cover letters, and tracks which ones get callbacks.
Next week, she’s got 5 interviews lined up.
Why It Has Demand:
Already people pay $100–500 for resume writing services.
Already people use hacks like job boards that mass apply.
If you combine speed + quality with AI → you’re sitting on a tool people will actually buy.

AI Toilet Paper Optimizer 🧻📉

"Finally, stop the reckless overspending of your bathroom sessions."
🤝 What It Does:
You point your phone’s camera at a toilet paper roll → AI calculates the optimal number of squares needed for your exact wipe scenario.
Factors: roll thickness, diet history, emotional stress level.
Outputs: “3.7 squares recommended.”
💸 Monetization:
$1.99/month “Basic Wipe Plan.”
Premium add-on: “All You Can Wipe” unlimited usage.
Sponsored rolls from Charmin or Costco.
🔥 Why It Will Never Fail:
Everyone poops.
TP budgets are rising faster than Bitcoin.
Viral potential: TikTok wipes-per-day challenge.
10 of 10 right? haha
