Who Am I actually?

I thought about writing a little bit about myself because often people ask me: “Why are you not doing these ideas yourself?”

So first things first.

I have ADHD level 3000. It’s impossible to stay ahead with any idea if you are not 100% in love with it. And with this newsletter I can share daily my ideas with the world, figure them out, plan them. Get my dopamine, and that’s it.

And the skool community? 

Because of two things. Nobody can teach, coach & motivate people better than me. Give me one call and you love me. 😂 Give me 5 calls, and you make 2-3k a month easy.

You scrape and qualify local businesses with AI and sell that gold to marketers, devs, and ad agencies or who needs them.

🎯 Who Buys These Leads?

• SMMA Agencies: always hunting for realtors, gyms, salons, medspas to run ads for or cold call them.

• Website Developers: Need business owners with ugly 2005 websites

• SEO & Google Maps “Rank & Rent” hustlers

• Branding/Designers: need biz owners with trash logos

• UGC Creators: pitching product videos to local boutiques or cafes

• Email Marketing Agencies: They need new clients

✅ Step 1: Scrape Local Businesses in n8n

Use Google Maps Scraper like Apify API or our free n8n template + or build it yourself with my new YouTube video.

• You pull: Business Name, Website, Phone, Email, Address, Category, Reviews

• Bonus: add a GPT step to score the biz:
  “Does this biz look like it needs a website redesign?” → YES

🎯 Example niches:

✅ Step 2: Package the Leads for Agencies

Create segmented, juicy packs like:

• “NYC Businesses with No Google Ads Running - $149”

Can be sold via:

• Gumroad

✅ Step 3: Sell Them Like Hotcakes

Where to sell:
