💡 The Idea

I have ADHD myself, so this is a very smart idea, and most of us don’t need another “perfect” morning routine.
They need one that works for their brain.

So here’s what you build:
A clean, Google-style landing page where people answer 30 quick personal questions, and in return…
they get a free, AI-generated ADHD-friendly routine emailed to them.

But here’s the twist:
The email includes an upsell for a paid ADHD toolkit + the chance to join your newsletter.
So it’s:

• ✅ A free lead magnet

• ✅ A product funnel

• ✅ A list-building machine

🤯 Why This Works

• ADHD brains love personalized, fast feedback

• People will happily trade their email for a custom routine

• The “daily plan” feels valuable, but costs $0 to deliver

• The upsell is low-ticket, low-friction (ebook, templates, extras)

• Newsletter list = future monetization engine

🧪 The Funnel Flow

1. Landing Page (built with Loveable)

• Clean, minimal — looks like Google

• One input box or chat-style field

• Headline:
  “Let’s build a routine that actually works for your ADHD brain.”

• Start button launches:

  • A 30-question chatbot (ChatGPT-style), or

  • A fun form (Typeform, Tally, or custom)

2. Collect Email → Deliver Plan

• User enters their email to get the result

• GPT generates a personalized daily/weekly routine

• Plan is sent to their inbox in a clean, friendly format

3. Email = Monetization Zone

• Subject line:
  “Your New ADHD Routine Is Ready 🧠✨”

• Body includes:

  • Their routine (fully personalized)

  • A soft upsell CTA:
    “Want to go deeper? Grab the full ADHD Daily Survival Kit (ebook + templates)”

  • Bonus: Checkbox in the original form to subscribe to your ADHD newsletter
