🛠️ How the System Works (Step-by-Step)

Let me show you the exact setup I built
Here is the sauce ⬇️

🔹 STEP 1: Set Up Google Drive Folders

Create two folders:
/Ideas = where users dump their ad inspos
/Output = where AI will upload the new generated variants

Simple drag-and-drop interface.
So everybody, can use & understand it.

🔹 STEP 2: Add Inspiration Ads

Find high-performing ad examples from:

• Meta Ad Library

• Pinterest

• Dribbble

• TikTok UGC screenshots

• Even SaaS onboarding banners

• Or just Goooooooooooogle 👀

Take screenshots.
Drop them in the /Ideas folder.

These are your base templates for AI to remix.

🔹 STEP 3: Analyze Each Image with GPT-4 Vision

The system takes each image, and generates a super detailed description of it.

We're talking:

• Font type

• Color palette

• Layout structure

• Text

• Image placement

• Logos, illustrations, icons, etc.

This gives us a structured understanding of “what’s in the ad.”

🔹 STEP 4: Prompt Remixing

Now we send that description to GPT-4 again,
but this time we ask it:
“Give me 5–100 modified versions of this image idea.”

Examples:

• Make it orange and energetic

• Add a cartoonish mascot

• Change CTA to “XYZ”

• Use flat, minimalistic design

• Swap photo for abstract shapes

• Use Arial instead of sans-serif fonts

Basically, micro changes that remix the vibe without ruining what works.

🔹 STEP 5: Image Generation with GPT-4 + DALL·E

For each modified prompt, we:

• Feed the original image into DALL·E’s image editing mode

• Ask it to apply only the specified changes

• Get back a new ad creative that still respects the original layout

This is key:
We’re not creating new images from scratch.
We’re using the original as a template so the AI doesn’t go off-script.

🔹 STEP 6: Output to Destination Folder

Each new image is uploaded into the /Output folder.
You get:

• 10, 50, or 100 new ad variants per template

• All pre-formatted

And they’re named by sample number, so the team can quickly shortlist the good ones.

🔹 STEP 7: Auto-Notify the Team

Once all the new assets are ready,
the system sends a nice little email or Slack message:
